About the Role
-Deliver compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients within the comfort of their homes.

Requirements
Enrolled Nurse (EN) Qualification: Hold a recognized Enrolled Nurse qualification in Singapore.
Relevant Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Enrolled Nurse, preferably in home care, community nursing, or a similar setting.
Clinical Competence: Proficient in administering medications, wound care, and other clinical procedures relevant to home-based care.
Compassionate Approach: Exhibit empathy and compassion while delivering patient-centered care.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to diverse home environments, work independently, and maintain a high standard of care.
Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges in a home care context.
Cultural Awareness: Respect for cultural differences and the ability to provide culturally sensitive care.
Professionalism: Uphold professional standards, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
Continuing Education: Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in home care and nursing.
