About the Role

Requirements

Healthcare Assistant Training: Completion of a recognized Healthcare Assistant training program in Singapore.
Relevant Experience: Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably in home care or a similar setting.
Compassionate Approach: Display empathy, patience, and compassion in interactions with patients and their families.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the care team.
Team Player: Ability to work harmoniously within a team and collaborate effectively with nurses, caregivers, and other professionals.
Adaptability: Comfortable in diverse home environments, adhering to care plans while being attentive to patients' individual needs.
Cultural Sensitivity: Show respect for diverse cultures and provide culturally sensitive care.
