About the Role
-Provide essential non-medical care and support to patients in their homes, promoting their comfort and well-being.
-Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
-Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patients' needs are met and their care plans are followed.
-Maintain a positive and respectful environment for patients, families, and caregivers.t.
Requirements
Nursing Aide Training: Completion of a recognized Nursing Aide training program in Singapore.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience as a Nursing Aide, preferably in home care or a similar setting.
Compassionate Care: Display empathy and compassion in all patient interactions.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the care team.
Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to patients' needs and changes in their condition, accurately reporting observations.
Team Player: Work well within a team and collaborate effectively with caregivers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse home environments and adhering to care plans.
Cultural Sensitivity: Show respect for cultural differences and provide culturally sensitive care.
Professionalism: Uphold professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
