Requirements
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: Hold a valid and active RN license in Singapore, allowing you to practice as a nurse.
Experience in Home Care: Minimum of 1 year experience in home care or community nursing, demonstrating a deep understanding of providing care in a home setting.
Clinical Skills: Proficient in clinical assessment, wound care, medication administration, and other essential nursing skills.
Compassionate Care: Possess a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and dedication to providing high-quality care for patients and their families.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various home environments and situations, and to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and solving challenges that may arise in a home care setting.
Cultural Sensitivity: Respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds to provide culturally competent care to a variety of patients.
